All complaints from Customers are resolved on the basis of negotiation. In case the desired agreement cannot be reached, either party has the right to bring the case to a competent state agency for resolution.
In case an incident occurs due to Thanh Phat VN Trading and Services Co., Ltd., we will immediately apply necessary measures to ensure customers' rights.

Step 1: Submit a complaint
Customers send complaints about services or benefits that are not fully guaranteed to Thanh Phat VN Trading and Services Co., Ltd. through the methods specified above.
Step 2: Receive and process complaints
Thanh Phat VN Trading and Services Company Limited will receive customer complaints and verify information.
Step 3: Feedback to customers
Thanh Phat VN Trading and Services Co., Ltd. will respond to the results of complaint handling to customers within 03 working days from the date the verification and information processing is completed.
Thanh Phat VN Trading and Services Co., Ltd. will try to verify information and resolve complaints quickly and promptly to ensure customers' rights. In cases that are beyond the capacity and authority of Thanh Phat VN Trading and Services Co., Ltd., we will request the Customer to bring this case to a competent state agency for resolution according to law.
